VALORA Launch Creative Allies Contest, Grand Prize $500
LA rock band Valora has teamed up with CreativeAllies.com to launch a fan-generated poster contest for their new single, “I Waited For You.” Creative Allies is a site that allows designers, artists, and illustrators to create art for their favorite bands, films, and festivals. The winner of the Valora contest, which runs until December 28, will receive $500 and a Valora prize pack.

LAUREN ALAINA Unveils Preview Clips from Country Music: In Performance at the White House
Lauren Alaina recently performed for President and Michelle Obama for PBS “Country Music: In Performance at the White House,” joining other famous names like Lyle Lovett, James Taylor, Darius Rucker and the Band Perry for the seventh installment of the “In Performance at the White House” series. Lauren joined Dierks Bentley for a duet of country classic “Always On My Mind,” and gave new life to Loretta Lynn’s hit “Coal Miner’s Daughter.” The special is set to air today, November 23 at 8pm EST on PBS.

LADY GAGA’S A Very Gaga Holiday EP and More Out Now!
Lady Gaga is making a splash this holiday season - the singer’s brand new A Very Gaga Holiday EP was released yesterday on iTunes, and includes Gaga’s versions of “White Christmas” and “Orange Colored Sky” along with Born This Way’s “You and I” and “The Edge of Glory” as performed on “A Very Gaga Thanksgiving,” which airs Thursday on ABC. Preview the tracks now on Soundcloud, and tune in to ABC Thanksgiving night at 9:30 pm EST to watch her perform the songs live.

Oakland, CA’s MACHINE HEAD are pleased to announce their upcoming U.S. headline tour with support acts Suicide Silence, Darkest Hour, and Rise To Remain.
