The Pretty Reckless

The Pretty Reckless is an alternative rock band from New York City that was formed by actress and model Taylor Momsen.

Taylor Momsen is known as Cindy Lou Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas and most recently as the model for Madonna’s Material Girl fashion line. Taylor formed the Reckless in 2009 but changed the band’s name to the Pretty Reckless to avoid trademark problems.

The Pretty Reckless’ debut album entitled Light Me Up is due to be released in August 2010.
