Gainesville, FL - Gearing up for the release of TV/EP next week on October 12, 2010, Ska/punk/pop legends LESS THAN JAKE are so stoked to unleash the awesomeness that is this EP that they’ve released three of the 16 tracks exclusively to three different sites. Listen to:

Created to mimic the experience of flipping through channels randomly, the always unpredictable and entertaining Florida-based band recorded a host of television show theme songs and assorted commercials in trademark Less Than Jake fashion, mixing ska, punk and pop and injecting it with a heavy dose of blitzed out fun. Spanning from the vintage adverts of yesteryear to the frenetic promos of modern day, TV/EP reimagines a world where pop punk and ska is the music de rigueur, even on television.

Less Than Jake are currently traveling to Chicago’s RIOT FEST this weekend where they will be playing their classic album Losing Streak in its entirety on Saturday, October 9th at Congress Theater (2135 N.
