It was hot, loud sweaty and it was rockin’ as a packed house at the intimate Key Club in West Hollywood, California. as RATT went back to their roots to bring a mix of both old and new. Both the band and the audience were not shy in showing their mutual appreciation.

Jeff Beck Delivers at 4th & B - Live Photos

4th & B | San Diego, CA | 04/19/10

Click here to view the Gallery »

Legendary guitarist Jeff Beck appeared at 4th &  B, San Diego, California and gave a performance that can be described in one word, SPECIAL. The five time Grammy award winner is on top of his game at age 65 and doesn’t appear to be slowing down with the recent announcement of a busy summer tour schedule that covers much of the US and abroad.  Supported on the 2010 tour by a new band featuring Narada Michael Walden on drums, Rhonda Smith on bass and Jason Rebello on keyboards, Beck and his crew demonstrated that the only problem with his 2009 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was the fact that it took so long. Effortlessly weaving between the classic Freeway Jam to stamping his signature to the old standard "Over the Rainbow". Sly Stone may have melted down at this year’s Coachella, but Beck even gave his rendition of the Sly and the Family Stone classic "I Want To Take You Higher" ... Beck & company delivered.

With 28 releases under his belt, Beck is touring in support of his latest “Emotion & Commotion.”  Inducted in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame twice, Beck was honored as a solo artist in April 2009 and also in 1992 for his short lived contribution with the Yardbirds.

Sandwiched in his tour, Beck will be appearing on AMERICAN IDOL, IDOL GIVES BACK along with Alicia Keys, Carrie Underwood, The Black Eyed Peas, Annie Lennox that airs Wednesday, April 21 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.

Catch Beck LIVE somewhere this summer!

Muse - A Coachella Stand Out - Live Photos - Tour Schedule

Coachella | Indio, CA | 04/17/10

On Saturday night, Muse pulled out all the stops for a brutally energetic set filled with high-falsetto, raging guitars and precision musicality.  Complete with larger-than-life robot-imagery and a laser light display, the band managed to somehow bring the tired crowd out of their festival stupor and kick it into high-gear. Opening strong with their hit "Uprising," they never once backed down from their signature dramatic-rock persona.

The award-winning English band was formed in 1994, developing their genre-defying sound incorporating influences from prog-rock, metal, electronica, and more.  They are kicking off their European tour this summer to promote their latest album The Resistance and are also celebrating the US release of all five of their studio albums on vinyl.
