Band performance times have been announced for the first annual Carolina Rebellion at Metrolina Expo in Charlotte, NC on Saturday, May 7. 30,000 fans will converge at Carolina Rebellion for a full day of non-stop rock, featuring performances from hard hitting rock artists Avenged Sevenfold, Godsmack, Three Days Grace, Stone Sour, Seether, Bullet For My Valentine, Theory of a Deadman, Alter Bridge, Hinder, Skillet, Saving Abel, Halestorm, Black Stone Cherry, My Darkest Days, Cavo, Rev Theory, Pop Evil, Art Of Dying and Drop D. The box office opens at 9:30 AM and doors open at 11:00 AM. Music begins at 11:30 AM and wraps at 11:50 PM.

Rock on the Range 2011 Daily Line-Up
The daily performance lineups have been revealed for the Fifth Anniversary of ROCK ON THE RANGE—America’s premier destination rock festival—May 21-22 at Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.
A limited number of ROCK ON THE RANGE Saturday and Sunday single day Stadium GA tickets will be available for only $59.50 beginning March 28 at 10:00 AM EST. In addition, as a way to honor those who serve their country, ROTR will again offer a $30 single day Stadium GA ticket to members of the military. To qualify for the $30 ticket, concertgoers must present a photo ID with military ID to the Columbus Crew box office Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm between May 1 and 21, 2011. Two-day weekend Stadium GA festival passes (which include entrance to the Friday pre-party) start at just $99.50 plus service and transaction fees.

ROCK ON THE RANGE 2011 will once again activate their annual “Go Green Initiative” whereby concertgoers trade their old, broken or unused cell phone and video games for ROTR award points that can be redeemed for special ROTR prizes. Drop boxes will be located throughout the Columbus Crew Stadium during the festival.
The ROCK ON THE RANGE celebration will start early on Friday night, May 20 with the nation’s biggest pre-festival Anniversary Party at the venue, featuring performances from two of the world’s craziest throwback rock artists—Steel Panther and Lez Zeppelin, along with rock band Danko Jones and the Scratch ‘N Sniff rock DJs spinning throughout the night. AVENGED SEVENFOLD have signed on to deliver the headlining performance at the third annual REVOLVER GOLDEN GODS AWARD SHOW presented by Epiphone® set for Wednesday, April 20, at Club Nokia in Downtown Los Angeles. The group will close out America’s only hard-rock and heavy-metal award show with a blistering set before heading out on the “Welcome to the Family” tour in support of their current gold-certified album Nightmare. This year, hosting duties for the GOLDEN GODS will be handled by WWE pro-wrestling legend and FOZZY frontman Chris Jericho. Adding to the celebration, the REVOLVER GOLDEN GODS AWARD SHOW will include hard-rocking musical performances by the reunited original ALICE COOPER GROUP (in their first L.A. appearance in nearly 40 years), LOADED (featuring Duff McKagan of GUNS N’ ROSES and VELVET REVOLVER fame), DEVILDRIVER (who will lead an all-star BLACK FLAG tribute set featuring Jamey Jasta and many others), Danish “Elvis metal” group VOLBEAT, Chris Jericho’s band FOZZY and fast-rising metalcore outfit ASKING ALEXANDRIA who will be joined by Sebastian Bach for a rousing rendition of the Skid Row favorite “Youth Gone Wild.” More one-of-a-kind special performances and collaborations onsite honoring both the past and future of heavy music will be announced in the coming weeks.
This year, the “Golden God Award”—which is given to one special honoree a year who embodies the spirit of hard rock and metal—will go to shock-rock godfather Alice Cooper, who is celebrating the reunion of the original ALICE COOPER GROUP and their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. This year’s recipient of the first-ever “Ronnie James Dio Lifetime Achievement Award”—renamed in honor of the late, great 2010 Best Vocalist Award winner—is none other than the Sunset Strip’s most iconic band, MÖTLEY CRÜE.

Avenged Sevenfold, Godsmack, Three Days Grace and Stone Sour are among the hard hitting rock artists confirmed for the first ever Carolina Rebellion. Set for Saturday, May 7 at Metrolina Expo in Charlotte, NC, Carolina Rebellion will offer fans throughout the Carolinas, and the entire mid-Atlantic region, a full day of non-stop rock on three stages.
The current lineup for Carolina Rebellion is as follows: Avenged Sevenfold, Godsmack, Three Days Grace, Stone Sour, Seether, Bullet For My Valentine, Theory of a Deadman, Alter Bridge, Hinder, Skillet, Saving Abel, Halestorm, Black Stone Cherry, My Darkest Days, Cavo, Rev Theory, Pop Evil, Art Of Dying and more. The festival will feature two main stages for the biggest acts in rock today, both sponsored by Monster Energy.

ROCK ON THE RANGE is celebrating its Fifth Anniversary! America’s premier destination rock festival—May 21-22at Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio—will feature a spectacular lineup of rock heavyweights including A Perfect Circle (first performance of 2011), Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed, Korn, Stone Sour and Staind (first performance in two years). The unforgettable weekend will also be highlighted by performances from Danzig, Hollywood Undead, Bullet For My Valentine, Black Label Society and Alter Bridge. In addition, Juliya of Fuse TV will return as the Mistress of Ceremonies for the event.
