U2 Releases Rare Video Footage From The Unforgettable Fire

With the re-release of U2's fourth album, The Unforgettable Fire, the group has decided to share rarely seen before seen video footage with their fans. The video showcases frontman Bono speaking on the recording process of the breakthrough album and flashes back to some of the most historical songs ever written.

U2 Concert to Stream Live on YouTube

California, US:  U2 have confirmed via video blog that their sold-out concert at the Pasadena Rose Bowl in California, Sunday 25th October 2009 will be streamed free, in full and live on YouTube.  It's the first time a show of this size will be streamed live.

U2's 360° Tour landed at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Georgia to a yet another sold out arena on its massive march around the globe. The tour is living up to it's SUPER-SIZED MO as the biggest, the best, and the most revenue grossing arena tour ever by any artist, on any continent. The centerpiece of this tour (in addition to the band) is a huge circular stage with what the band members call ’their spaceship’ which appeared to be perched on a launch pad which is well, out of this world.

U2 Releases New Video Clips from 360 Tour

U2: NEW VIDEO FOR MAGNIFICENT

U2's new single, “Magnificent,” was released on May 4th by Mercury Records.

The video for “Magnificent” was directed by French filmmaker Alex Courtes.  Alex also directed the video for the band's previous single, “Get On Your Boots,” and alongside his former creative partner Martin Fougeral won a Grammy award for the "Vertigo" video. The video for “Magnificent” was shot in the historic city of Fez, Morocco last month.

U2, arguably one of the greatest rock bands of all time, has teamed up with A-list production team Justice to bring fans a mind-altering remix of epic proportions. The pairing of super stars and super producers on “Get On Your Boots,” the first single from U2’s No Line On The Horizon, can be heard exclusively on Stereogum.com.

U2 360° TOUR SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

U2.com today confirms that the U2 360° tour will open at the Nou Camp Stadium in Barcelona on 30th June. The U2 360° Tour is sponsored by BlackBerry® and it is the band’s first stadium outing since the Vertigo Tour 05/06 and follows the release of their acclaimed album, No Line On The Horizon. Their 12th studio album, No Line On The Horizon is already number 1 in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Finland, Japan and the Czech Republic with further chart positions to be announced this week.

U2: No Line On The Horizon In-Stores Now - Video

No Line On The Horizon, the new album from U2 featuring the single “Get On Your Boots” is in stores now. The album is the band’s 12th studio album and their first release since the nine million selling album How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb, released in late 2004.

The new album, produced by Brian Eno, Daniel Lanois and Steve Lillywhite, has been chose as Amazon’s “Deal of the Day” for today’s release and offers special pricing for one only.

U2 Set March Release For No Line On The Horizon

No Line On The Horizon, the new studio album from U2, will be released in North America on Tuesday, March 3, 2009.

Written and recorded in various locations, No Line On The Horizon is the group’s 12th studio album and is their first release since the nine million selling album How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb, released in late 2004.
